For Plaza Alam Sentral we are responsible for overseeing all areas of the day to day management of the Shopping Mall. This includes Management, Marketing, Leasing and Operations.
Development Description: Despite intense competition from nearby shopping malls, Plaza Alam Sentral has achieved 97% occupancy on NLA.
Vigorous marketing and promotion combined with frequent events and exhibitions have made Plaza Alam Sentral a centre for family fun and a popular weekend destination – pushing up visitor numbers every year.
The management team is now focusing on further improving the retail mix by attracting more locally and internationally renowned brands and targeting shoppers with higher purchasing power.
