Project Description: Radiant Starfish Sdn Bhd proposes to develop fully integrated resorts on reclaimed land totaling 2000 acres off the coast of Mersing in the State of Johor. This will also incorporate the redevelopment of the town centre of Mersing.
The program is envisaged to be divided into 3 phases with 14 development zones. This will include a comprehensive mix of Hotels, retail and commercial zones, marina’s, waterfront residential properties and other related tourism facilities with a estimated GDV of USD$2.9 billion.
