For Stesen Sentral we are responsible for the leasing of the Retail Areas under control of MRCB.
Development Description: Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur (Stesen Sentral) is the nation’s main rail transportation network hub for different inter-state and inter-city rail system, including Express Rail Link’s (ERL) high-speed train service to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Since its opening in 2003, the number of commuters using Stesen Sentral has swelled tremendously from an average of 50,000 to over 140,000 daily today. It now houses an array of eateries, retail outlets and banks, among others, and is an integral part of a “city-within-a-city” that is the Kuala Lumpur Sentral development.
